How it works: You'll be assigned to a GNR Account Manager who works exclusively in your industry. Your Account Manager will direct a team of seasoned technical recruiters who will aggressively cold-call your competitors and other target organizations to source the talent on your behalf. This is a non-exclusive service, and you will not be invoiced until after you have hired a candidate provided by GNR.

When to use: GNR's standard contingent recruiting services are ideal when you need to locate senior level technical and professional staff who cannot be found on job boards or other passive recruitment methods, but you do not require the speed or level of service offered by having a recruiting team working exclusively on your candidate search.
Guarantee: 30/60/90 day prorated fee or replacement.
